All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post are expecting international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19.
Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. All orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor progress.

Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Our warehouse operates and dispatches orders Monday - Friday AEST (excluding Public Holidays), we endeavour to process every order as soon as possible, though please allow for 2-4 working days for your order to be processed.
We do our best to package your items to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of Australia Post, however, we endeavour to work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that you may experience. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed.
Duty and Taxes
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are proud to offer beautiful, high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases from Bundl Australia. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email our customer services team at email@example.com. Once the returned item is received, a new order with the exchanged item will be processed and we will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our customer services team and they will assist you.
Please do not post your items back to us without our consent or exchange approval. Any exchanges or refunds that involve extra postage are at your cost.
Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. If you are unsure, please contact our customer services team for advice.
